1. What this site is

demo.totus.ie is a product demonstration operated by Mark Sheils trading as Totus, Dublin, Ireland. It depicts a fictional solicitor practice (Exemplum Legal (Totus Demo)) to illustrate the capabilities of the Totus business management platform. Exemplum Legal (Totus Demo) does not exist. No real legal services are offered or provided through this site.

2. Data we process

This demo contains seeded fictional data only. No visitor-submitted data is captured or stored. The only data we process is:

• Standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path) retained for 30 days for security purposes.

All tickets, clients, matters, invoices, and other records visible inside the demo are pre-seeded fictional examples. There are no public enquiry or intake forms on this site.

3. AI processing

This demo uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate sample practice briefings and draft reply suggestions. Ticket content passed to this API consists of fictional seeded data only. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy). No real client data is sent to Anthropic.

4. Cookies

This site uses only technically necessary session cookies. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set without your consent.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Acts 1988-2018 (Republic of Ireland), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@totus.ie. We will respond within 30 days.
