Costs advanced on behalf of clients, pending reimbursement

Disbursements are costs paid by the firm on behalf of clients (Land Registry fees, Probate Office, Counsel, expert reports) that are billed back in the client invoice. Solicitors Accounts Regulations 2023 require these to be tracked separately from professional fees.

Software demonstration. All client names, matter references, and amounts are fictional. Solicitors Accounts Regulations 2023 obligations remain with the practice.
