First response and resolution targets defined for each channel. Escalation rules configured for High priority tickets.
Postmark inbound webhook pointing to /api/relay/inbound/email. Test email received and ticket created in Relay.
Office hours set (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30, Europe/Dublin). Irish public holidays imported for 2026.
Minimum one client entered: name, contact details, matter reference, AML status. Confirms CRM is operational.
At least one active matter created with status, assigned solicitor, and deadline. Confirms pipeline is live.
All 4 standard templates (consultation booked, AML pack, matter update, closure letter) reviewed and customised for the practice.
At least one AML check completed in the system. Team understands the ID verification workflow and document retention rules.
Send a test enquiry via email or web form. Confirm it appears in the Relay queue, is assigned, responded to, and resolved.
Practice principal reviews the system, confirms all critical modules are operational, and authorises live use with real clients.
